So somewhere along the internet I picked upsomethingand now 3/4 of my Start Menu programs have disappeared and it looks like THIS

All of the program files and such are still there, but the start menu folders have disappeared. :| Now I feel like an utter failure because I’m sure someone at IT would be laughing their asses off over this. I’m running Malwarebytes and Sophos right now and did CCleaner and Spybot the other night. Anything else I should run?
I still hate Macs, so don’t even think about suggesting them. Like I can afford that shit right now anyway.
