I’ve been reorganizing my room and cleaning up a bit (well, mostly just trying to find new places to put my growing toy collection) and I found the field notebook I used when I was in Argentina. I spent a lot of time while I was there writing down playlists and songs and other musical things, because it was one of the only things I was able to bring with me - my music.

I don’t know what it says about me that these are still some of my favorites. I listen to more and more new music and old music and the sheer variety of music out there is astonishing and beautiful and emotional all at the same time but inevitably I am still just eighteen.
